Reserve has a moto which is “Stable currency, a human right”.
This means that the company tries to provide a stable currency that doesn’t inflate. This action happens through deep and complex blockchain programming computations to pair one RSV (Reserve’s token) equal to one USD.
Their goal was to expand into a community driven platform in Latin America, where people can learn, then earn in USD; this would create something like a micro-economy for the people there.
The application’s primary goal was to empower those who can’t participate in different jobs due to huge job market gap between business requirements and lack of education.
As a product designer, I worked alongside two colleagues to evolve reserve app into a community centric platform.
My main duties involved crafting prototypes and improving the user experience and design flow of the cryptocurrency wallet. Furthermore, I designed the initial UX and exploratory initiatives for this project.
