Fenix is a super app that focuses delivering your orders. It’s focused on providing users with services like buying grocery, renting scooters, and power banks in the MENA Region.
As a product designer, I worked alongside two colleagues to add the Power Bank renting feature and the Design System.
My main duties involved crafting prototypes, Design Systems, and integrating the flow of the power bank renting. Furthermore, I did user testing and the initial work to improve the usability and accessibility of the app, especially power bank feature.
Below I’ve written the tasks and works that I did, these steps kind of happened all over the weeks in bits and pieces, but what you see is the major work that I did during that period.
Sidenote: Design, collaboration, and documentation aren’t listed here cause I did them from day one. The process of how I did them is written below though.
